Total test came out to 952 ng/dl. I dont do any physical activity at all, should I do a second test?

They havent updated Oestradiol (E2) yet.

Here's the chatGPT translation to U.S units.

The reason I went for this test was because of low energy. Ig I will do a sleep apnea text next then.

Homocysteine 13 mol/l.

I have also drawn blood for vit-b12 (active), vit d, ferritin/iron and Calcium (ion) from another lab. Those will probably come in tomorrow.

If you have low energy you should also consider test for B9 and B1 and magnesium with zinc

I found out that i had good b12 and homocysteine but my folate (b9) was extremely low which csused many simptoms

yes I am waiting for active b12, I forgot to include folate but i will test serum b9, b1 and b6 next it if b12 comes out good.

They only offer serum magnesium and zinh here, I will probbaly get those too but chatgpt says they might be somewhat misleading

Also if your folate is low it will basically cause a b12 masked deficiency since both work together. Your b12 levels might be good but your body womt be able to use it properly due the lack of B9

do you drink energy drinks ?

nope, just good ol' coffee. I might be deficient in B vitamins tbh since the homocysteine is kinda elevated (or i have the mthfr gene mutation?) but most likely not enough folic intake like you said.

Lucky bet the tests cost a nice 3k tho

I drink everyday energy drinks and i have high b6 cuz of that which is dangerous, but also has B1 and B12,B2

so if u dont drinnk it u might expect a B1 deficiency

What did you do to increase Test?

it was cheapish. 340 Eur for hormones package and homocysteine totAL. It would be about 2k if there was no bundled package for hormones.
Damn where did you apply was it private lab or through house arts?

exist? the T still doesnt make sense to me tbh. I was expecting 300 based on my low energy levels.

Bro, some more results came in in the meantime.

I am curious what you think. (Ferritin has not been updated yet)

Active B12 (holo-transcobalamin): 79 pmol/L × 1.355 ≈ 107 pg/mL (U.S. units)
Vitamin D 25-OH: 88 nmol/L ÷ 2.496 ≈ 35.3 ng/mL (U.S. units)
Ionized Calcium: 1.19 mmol/L × 4.0 ≈ 4.76 mg/dL (U.S. units)
Hematocrit: 43%

(other markers: LDL cholesterol is elevated, kidney in great shape, liver in great shape, very low inflammation/CRP, all of the blood count is in range)

Where is your total B12 level ?

you need to higher up your D3 levels to like 70-80, because you are not deficient but you also dont have an optimal level

to decresse ldl and cholesterol you need to cut satured fats and to add prebiotics ( fiber ) . But you need to supplement fiber since you most likely wont get enough from food

thanks man, i really appreciate your input. i didn't get the total B12 since i did these as individual tests and it was getting expensive. I will get it on the next round. I should have gotten the full package for vitamins and trace minerals in hindsight

did hormone panel for low energy and fatigue. it came out high T instead. now discussing where else to look for to narrow down on the cause of low energy issue.

Thats very low
Apparently, it is extremely low and shbg seems to be almost double to what should it be. Probably shbg binds most of E2, leaving practically none E2 in the system? Also, my ferritin came out at 141 ug/l. I saw discussions on high iron store causing increased shbg but mine seems to be in the optimal level from biohacking perspective. I think I will consult an endocrinologist.

tagging @shieldzz too.
