My Hyoid bone keeps clicking?

I have been doing exercises to train the muscles that will heighten the position of my hyoid bone. Every rep my hyoid bone clicks? Does this mean it's working the muscles correctly?

wtf , check if u have TMJ or sumn , that’s probably not normal.

I don think ur that cooked , I’ve seen people on dc servers use pliers for thumb pulling

Thank you I appreciate your response... I don't think I have TMJ because the hyoid bone clicks even when doing movements that don't involve moving my mouth/opening my jaw - thoughts?

I have the same shit but only when i turn my head to the right and it keep clicking every time i turn my head it not a TMJ btw and it doesn't seems to harm me
