How do i raise my hyoid when i mew i place my whole tongue (including the back of the tongue) on the top of my mouth and my hyoid is really elevated. But when i let go it goes to shit. Mewing normally raises my hyoid but not as much with the back of the tongue on the top. The reason i cant maintain that posture is because its hard to breath and if i breathe i snore like a retard. I cant get hyoid suspension surgery bcs im 16 and dont know how to larp sleep apnea so what are some softmax tips?
