Then the scene cuts to a painted portrait and the camera shows the man crying staring at it and huffing and puffing and breathing heavy.

Then the song Spring by Rammstein plays. And just as the song starts getti heavy, the man turns around and the camera reveals that the man was jerking off to the painting of his granddaughter.
