It depends, 70mm can look normal if you have (very) wide zygos and good pfl, most supermodel have above average ipd.
60mm ipd can be attenuated with long eyebrows and narrower bizygomatic width.

You might be the first nigga that has the same ratios as me, 60mm IPD, 0.44 ES ratio, and I might have an even worse mfr, anywhere between 0.89 - 0.93, measured using multiple ID's. But you basically look much better, I have a recessed upper midface, drooping eyes, bulbous nose, narrow jaw. You also appear to have a wider PFL, which is actually huge, I wish I could change my PFL at least. Basically you're the good looking version of me, and we're both falio'd hard by our ratios.

Btw you could get an OBO, you just have to cash out like $50k and not die or go blind during the surgery, quite simple actually. I even know who does it on non-deformed patients.

Prolly modified OBO, or other orbital expansions. You still need tripod ostéotomies after OBO, and rhinoplasties most likely as well

Mine is 70mm, I measured it with a tape in front of a mirror and they say that can make IPD smaller, so I don't know... Looks narrow because my FWHR is 2.45 with 16.9 cm Zygos.
