Its very likely that they do believe in their minds that they will live after because of these reasons

1.They like to believe what is making them happy and at ease.(human nature)
2.They think they have worth.
3.She is a top tier liar and she can probably trick em so easy so her plan keeps going.


OF COURSE TRUTH IS THEY WILL JUST DIE BECAUSE
