I cant tell if your chin is recessed giving you that small chin appearance but it's killing your chin to philtrum ratio. Additionally, your fwhr is also low meaning your face is narrow, this could also be due to a long philtrum or a narrow palate. Can you send a full side profile pic, I'll be able to tell better from that.

Your braces can have an effect on the appearance you your lips but it mostly depends on the type of malocclusion you have.

Biggest failo Is actually eyes, jaw while not perfect(mainly bad due to big lips Who dont look bad but break the proportions) Is fine

I think you're misunderstanding, I'm telling you to get a lip lift not because your lips are the problem but your philtrum. Its too long making you mouth too low in your lower third. You're around mtn-lmtn right now so with this i think you could reach hmtn-lhtn. A small change but makes a huge difference proportionally.
