i had to get a tooth removed on my bottom left and bottom right side one i got a bone graft for immediately after the other I didn’t and it’s obvious which one I did and didn’t. I got tooth implants for both from this damn Turkish doctor but he said once the final part of the implant is placed the chewing force will restore the weaker side of my jaw. Should I believe him or try and get the left implant removed and have a bone graft put in and then get an implant once it’s healed? Or maybe some kind of surgery will help this no matter what? What do boyos it’s too early for it to be over I’d like a 6-7 for a wife still. Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated!

I don't even know how your jawbone looks like. You need to lose weight and do hyiod raising exercises (chin tucks, rapid mouth openings, neck curls) in order to start wondering if you need any surgery or not. Also a marpe would help if you are still viable for getting marpe if you want better jaws.

I would just let it heal, and if it turns out bad you can still get implants

Loose weight and see if you really need surgery, but from here it doesn't look too bad
