My best friend introduced me to the bp community a year ago, before then i never really took care of my looks i always thought people will like me bc of my personality and eventually i will get a girlfriend and everything.
I knew why i wasnt really considered by most people no one likes fat fucks i started starvemaxxing 4 days a week the rest of the days i would js eat in a calorie deficit after a lot of hard work i lost 45kg went from 122kg to 77kg, but its still not enough so i wanted to start this series of posts where i try different looksmaxxing methods and document them on my profile.
ive looked into various looksmaxxing methods in the megethread im gonna start with some supplements:
vitamin d3+k2 5000ui a day
ashwaganda 9000mg a day
vitamin a and c 1000mg a day
zinc 25mg a day
omega 3 (3 capsules every day)
potassium 2000mg a day
magnesium 1000mg a day
I want to improve my skin quality and testosterone also rn im in a deficit 1200kcal on non gym days and 1600kcal on gym days (stopped starvamaxxing to build some muscle)
For my skincare im gonna start to use:
AM
La roche-posay dermo cleaner
the ordinary caffeine serum (for eyebags)
Cerave moisturizing for normale to dry skin as
la roche spf 50
PM

I have also a slight overbite if someone has some advice id be happy to hear them
