Doing keto/carnivore basically

Ill cook a lot of beef tmr and eat for 2 days. Then cook a lot of chicken and eat for 2 days. Cant cook everyday so ill cook in bulk and eat leftovers.

Other than that, idk how much, but lots of raw egg yolks. Like 5 minimum for daily choline and ideally 8
