Weight loss = effort, you need to be willing to put the effort in. If you really want to leanmax you wouldn’t be eating goyslop. This is at least true if you don’t spam drugs like Semaglutide.

Plan

OMAD, before bed to prevent night binging

1000-1100 calories from meat
(165g protein, 35-40g fat, 0 carbs)

Caffeine, if needed, until meal time.

Make sure train hard to failure in gym, lower volume is fine, but not lower intensity. Retain as much muscle as possible. You want energy to be pulled from fat stores, not muscle. Fail at this step and you will loss muscle.

Try get steps in, don’t bother if too tired or hungry. I used to try get steps in at night and then just end up in a shop buying goyslop. Better rot and be in a calorie deficit then be active and gain fat due to shit eating and disgraceful discipline.

Should put you in at least a 1000 calorie deficit each day if you do absolutely nothing all day. More like 1200 calorie deficit a day while doing nothing if you account for protein thermic effect. Add some weight lifting makes your deficit around 1300-1400 calories. Get 10k steps in and you’ve got yourself at least a 1500-1600 calorie deficit per day.

Should be able to drop 6kg fat in a month using this, as long as you don’t binge out. More like 6/8kg if you do more steps, and potentially do 1 or 2 fasts in the week, possibly during rest days.

Leanmaxxing this fast is fucking retarded.
Cope . Why would you want to be in a prolonged calorie deficit?

Your basis for it being retarded is based on nothing.

If ur a teen doing this then youre cooked. Horomones will be fucked from this diet, cooking growth. Gym sessions will be dogshit without carbs.

This plan would be worth it if youre a 50% bodyfat monstrosity

So the strategy is to cut fat as fast as possible so horomones aren't cooked for a long period of time?

If your above the age of 17/18 it’s not gonna cause you any harm.

It’s an aggressive cut, it’s not meant to be fun. Goal being shed the fat as quick as possible, and preserve as much muscle as you can.

Muscle loss is mainly caused by 3 things. Time, disuse or malnutrition.

Time. You are not doing this for months on end. You are doing it for 4 weeks or so.

Disuse. Workout out intensely and use caffeine if you need extra boost. If you really need, use some fast digesting carbs like 100-200 calories worth. Just note they are nutritionally empty.

Malnutrition. Eating meat and high quality food. There is 0 filler food. You probably get more nutrients on 1000 calories of meat than any normie who eats bread and cereal all day.

Terrible if you're young, great if you're an adult

This is not a protein sparing modified fast.

Fats are still part of the diet. Carbs are unnecessary and non essential, so are cut.

You can still have 100-200 cals worth of fast digesting carbs if you really need them for your workout, it will make little difference, they are just nutritionally empty.

There is still at least 40g of fat. Lower end of daily required fat, but not enough to negatively impact hormones too much, and even if it did, 4 week is nothing, and you’ll be back with better hormones than before because you have less fat.

If you haven’t grown and you have some fat on you then I see no issue. Hormonally you will be in a better spot after 1 month since you’ll have less estrogen etc due to less body fat.

Looks nice on paper, actual nightmare to try.

How the f are u gonna have energy to walk around for the 10k steps and in the gym?

1000-1100 calories is low asf I’d be hungry all day.

+ metabolism is gonna crash hard asf

Gonna try this tho but maybe 1200-1300 for 1 month

Yup will be a nightmare in terms of hunger if not using Semaglutide or a GLP-1 Agonist which i’m not.

I do manage 10k pretty easily tbh. Not too hard since when I actually have energy I usually end up averaging 20k. Walking to the gym and back gets me about 5k and going to shops and back is another 5k roughly. I have 0 food in the fridge or cupboards so if I want to eat, I got to make a trip to the shops and I buy food only for that day. And if I want to retain muscle, again, I must walk to the gym.

1000-1100 is low as shit yeah. But it will be the 2 most satiating macros (protein and fat) and i’ve done OMAD before and you get used to it pretty quickly, and I didn’t use caffeine.

Metabolism crash is cope tbh. I’ve done low cals before and sure your metabolism may slightly decreases, but you will 100% lose weight even if you do nothing at such low calories.

Good luck. Wouldn’t go more than 4-6weeks.

You will lose at 1400 as well provided you actually track food properly and don’t lie to yourself. Most people can’t track food for shit.

Well I’ve been using the scale and tracking everything even oils and vegetables. So I’m pretty decent at tracking. Its just hard when ppl around u order goyslop lol. I tend to go overboard at times

Yes and make sure you read nutrition labels properly, wether the nutrition info is based on cooked weight, raw weight etc.

You basically cannot eat out when doing this, unless you allow a cheat meal. In that case i’d just do a protein sparing modified fast that day (get all your protein in without any fats or carbs, with stuff like chicken breast or tuna, then have the cheat meal)

And yes highly restrictive eating can lead to over eating if your not careful.

your skin might lose elasticity if you lose weight this fast ngl
If you’re 100lbs over weight, maybe.

But if you’re not, then these’s nothing to worry about. You still eat protein so collagen will be fine for the most part, and skin isn’t stretched enough to cause sagging if not obese.

If you do little actuality to no activity is comes to around or slightly over 1kg of fat loss per week, which isn’t extremely fast. Obviously much faster than 500 calorie deficit which just takes too long imo.
