Lean = Human

Not lean = Not chad

Protocol:

*Caloric restriction/ 3700 calories for me
*Intermittent fasting/ at least 16/8
*Strenght Training/ 3 times a week
*Cardio/ 30 min or more daily
*Green tea/Sipping: 500 ml while fasting
*Sodium/Pottasium: U need a sodium to potassium ratio of 1:16 to not look bloated in face/just buy potassium chloride and put it on food

Do this until you reach 9%

Optional:


*Cardarine 10-20mg/ Before training

So calorie restriction and cardio

I'm already losing weight doing the first but I yet have to do the second one. I'm playing basketball soon so weight loss is gonna be fast

Fasting doesn’t work for everyone, it can lead to binge eating. Depends on genetics, personality, lifestyle, etc
 
Imagine of being fat... You get so much life fuel after before pic.... Then you got lean and your find out your jaw is recessed as fuck. That must be nightmare.

Doesnt work if you dont have bones you are gonna look like death.
