Not lean = Not chad
Protocol:
*Caloric restriction/ 3700 calories for me
*Intermittent fasting/ at least 16/8
*Strenght Training/ 3 times a week
*Cardio/ 30 min or more daily
*Green tea/Sipping: 500 ml while fasting
*Sodium/Pottasium: U need a sodium to potassium ratio of 1:16 to not look bloated in face/just buy potassium chloride and put it on food
Do this until you reach 9%
Optional:
*Cardarine 10-20mg/ Before training
