My leanmaxing results (18 yo)

I decided to lean down after being on a bulk for over 1.5 years . In about 3 months , I like 15-18 lbs on a slow and steady cut with a high protein and fat diet to avoid muscle loss and hormone imbalance . I’m probably 13 percent body fat now from initial bf of 16-18 percent . Don’t have before pictures but here are my results . I will bulk for a few months now and then cut all the way to 10 percent to max out my potential , I would get leaner now but I don’t think I have the musclemass and I don’t wanna look like anorexic zombie. I have some photos from before on this site so you guys can compare facial definition from me at high bf to now , tbh my jaw has always been strong but I can see hollow cheeks now , will need to lean to 10 percent to see full potential tho .

yeah I gained about 30-35 lbs in 1.5 years so abt 1.8 lb per month. I would suggest a lean bulk over dirty bulk as excessive bf gains can mess up your hormones and actually reduce lean mass gains over time. I would also suggest implementing mini cuts every few months if you go on a longer bulk to regulate bf levels, the body puts on muscle mass best when lean. Take your time and don't rush it.

Late as fuck lmao , I stopped using this site for a while to detox . I would suggest drinking green tea , also snack on low calorie foods . They don’t even have to be high protein foods , just chew something all the time to suppress hunger . Stuff like crackers , carrots , gum , fruit , protein bars and low cal bread . Eggs are also good , I like eggs and they are tasty so when ever I get hungry on cut , I eat eggs. Just don’t go fat mode on next bulk and you can avoid this .
