My left side is overdeveloped

My left side is overdeveloped but my nose tilts to the right side of my face and I have bad asymmetry.

How do I fix this?
I’ve been looking into getting a palate expander or mse or Damon braces I have a cross bite too.

assuming you mean your jaw, then start chewing with your right side

this is likely a deviated septum, unfixable without surgery if its extreme

any sort of expanders will not have any aesthetic benefit, the theory of it working is fine but in practice you wont see a major difference unless you're like 10 years old
