Sounds like later 20 type of age.
I started around that time my first and for now last LTR. was a good time for me. A time of hope, first time acheiving full independence and maintaining myself and having some extra money for fun. I was defoo traveling plenty than, like 4x per year. Good times, fun times.

For most nromie men, that age decently. Mid to early 30's, is peak potential time imo. To catch up for having had a shitty dating life in teens and early 20's due to looks and basically low status. Especially men that looked like a baby at 20 still (aka me).
Because women aged 18 to 35 will have interest, in a 29 year old. in essence. And plenty women in that age range can still be single.

to have peak smv as a lat 20's normie.
1. you must have managed to looksmaxx yourself to a HTN with gym and style maxxing,and other looskamxxing stuff. And found style that works for you. and not be bald, fat, and ugly aged skin obviously
2. you must have money for independence and some spare money for fun
3. you must have had enough social experiences, to not be a weird ass (anymore). but able to manage most soical situation decently well, on the spot.

Poor soul, I understand your pain. But look, you are basing your life on other people's lives, you'll never change if you keep hurting yourself.

Everyday you wake up and think the same stuff you thought before, so the bad feeling can freely crawl under your skin like a freaking parasite. And if you don't change for yourself, this parasite will consume you entirely.

So here are some tips that might help you:
- Get away from jealousy, it's vicious and hurtful. (Might be cureless if you keep it, I mean, you can kill yourself and that can't be undone).
- Seek professional help if you feel that you can't do by yourself. There are a lot of people living under the same circumstances as you do right now.
- Think different and positive, and try to change yourself at all costs.
- Get out of the city and try to live elsewhere (the city you're living in brings so much bad memories, it might be unhealthy for your mind).
- Get some friends you can trust and try to relief yourself from loneliness.
- Accept who you are and start practicing philanthropy as a start goal.
- And when you feel good with yourself again, try to meet someone nice. Do not look for vanity.

I really wish you can get over all of this, because I know the exactly feeling. And these tips helped me change at least a little bit.

Forget these blackpill, redpill shitty stuff, these all excuses for guys who doesn't want to change.
