MUST READ TO UNDERSTAND
*My 2 first pictures are from me 1.5 years ago when I was 12.5 and now im just 14yo. Now I'm gonna talk about how I lived under that time. The last is 1 year ago and the almost last is 2 months ago* And the Middle pictures are me today with some lens distortion mirror is even better TRUST.
First I discovered bp through tiktok and I started doing mewing in the first I did the wrong technique but then I got the hang on it slighly better still more on one side or not supported by back tounge and I thats what I mostly did through this.
I also did thumbpulling and I started eating more "clean" still alot of seedsludge in youghurt and etc and ate veggies.
I looxmaxxed actively 8 months activlely doing thumbpulling many days of the week and mewing. Then I stopped with it and just mewed also I started the gym just after I learned about looxmaxxing byt didnt fokus on it but now I was focusing. I ate protein powder and creatine and gelatin supplement at this time. I was going gym till 20th of june or smth like that then I stopped because I just started Martial arts and I started fishing.
After summer I continued fishing and doing shit for the first time in my life cuz I was actually getting friends but nothing special.
Then I also ate raw meat from time to time and I also started eating raw cheese at the weekends while cutting veggies. I ate frukt byt not much junk.
Then from april or march I started eating sugary things especially now I eat ice cream and honey.
Then this summer I was on holiday and after I came back I started bonesmashing (yes im serious) and I also started zygo pushing some days and I started using nic Poutches and my bone mass sky rocketed this month aswell as a small growth spurt.
My friends tell me that they see a big difference between summer start and end, some even on org sometimes.
Now that this treads finished I will keep on experimenting with different things and start posting educational and results from different things I like to try out.
