Nice, but i find it personally any carbs tend to make me feel very mind fog, tired, drained and unfocus. No placebo’s but its just a observation i noticed when transitioning month to month with full keto and low carbs coming from only dairy and fruits.i want to eat Raul Stinko's diet tbh (without the whole street shitter behavior like putting ghee in your armpits )

It means your eating the less fatty/ higher grade cuts and not salting or adding enough butter.i dont rly like steak taste tbh its just ok kinda bland
