This thread is mainly for myself so I have a list but feel free to read and review.
For my UEE,
I am going to train my orbicularis , my logic being if I build muscle there the area will get larger above my eye , restoring some volume . Sort of how biceps get larger .
- my concerns are the muscle is very small so may see no effect .
- Hard to train as hard to apply force with this muscle.
- could get premature wrinkles.
I am also going to start applying Hyaluronic acid , and maybe volufiline.
Weight
I am gonna try to go from 22% body fat to 12%, so basically cut down from my bulk as I bulked up as I was skinny as fuck.
- my concerns about this are , loosing too much orbital fat and going back to sub 5 eye area.
- fucking my hormones up for puberty from going too hard. I will cut slow to counter this.
- gonna start debloat more often .
Puberty max
I am also going to puberty max better as I am still 16,
Getting 8-10 hours of sleep every night which so far is going well.
Continue my very high protein diet.
Jaw
- continue chewing mastic gum shit tuns with my incisors
- I may consider bone smashing the chin as not much nerves, however seems retarded to me but all the people who hard ascended did this so I may have to look further .
Skin
Beta carotene and maybe lycopene .
a moisturiser, containing the list of ingredients I saw in the collagen guide on BOTB.
- may invest in some bb cream for under eyes.
My goals for this year looks maxing wise,
Next year will be a lot more extreme I’m planning on spending this year learning about how to DIY lipolab for when I’m lean.
Hopefully this will cure my crippling bdd.
