Softmaxxing:
-Maintain hair/highlight it if it loses blondness
-skinmaxx: keep collagen levels up as long as possible
-Gymmaxx: end goal is ~175lbs staying around 10-11% BF
-Neckmaxx: give the illusion of stronger lower third and more “alpha” [:soy:] vibe
-Get tan again. My contrast game is so good when I’m tan, golden skin, hazel/green eyes, and dirty blond hair.

Surgeries:
-fat grafts for undereyes and possibly for UEE
-Almond eye surgery (ptosis, lower eyelid retraction, lower bleh.)
-Rhino for tension tip

Basically fixing my failos and getting big with clear skin will bump me up 0.75-1PSL. Body halo paired with surfer look= slays4days

My to do list:

Softcore:
Keep my current skin routine going
Hairmaxx and eyebrowmaxx with castor oil. Let my hair grow long to experiment with different styles
Keep natty gymcelling
Intermittent fasting 8/16

Medium:
Laser / medical peel to get rid of remaining acne scars and reduce my pore size
Hyaluronic acid filler to widen my jaw / increase jawline definition. Probably will get it to eliminate mild nasolabial folds too

Hardcore:
Maybe lip lift to get a shorter philtrum
Chin wing osteotomy to get wider jaw forever (not sure about it tho)

That would be all I’ll do

Do you know why all male patients of Zack Ally have Bambi tier prey eye look despite having sharp jawlines from fillers? Because he doesn't fucking inject in suborbital area. Why? Because it is dangerous. This has been confirmed by other specialists as well, but you know better right?

Yes it’s dangerous to inject in the browridge. I would take advice from a certified plastic surgeon than a cosmetologist tbh. There’s many examples of ppl saying fat grafts for undeteyes.

ZACK ALLY IS A PROFESSIONAL:


He doesn't do suborbitals. All men he did had cucked eye area and he didn't give them hunter eyes. Why do you think that is? Because it is unhealthy / dangrous to inject under eyes. So fillers are a meme. Maybe for chin and that's it.

I just want fat under my eyes. You’re confusing me but subraorbital is browridge. I want fat in tear troughs which is common and fillers are a meme. Fat grafts are superior.

Under eye fillers are one of the most common places to get fillers the “risk” is extremely small all things considered and with a legit ocular plastic surgeon the drive to the office is has more “risk”

Honestly don’t know, I’ve gotten a different answer from every person on whether under eye fillers can do anything besides get rid of dark circles. Or he could be blue pilled on eye area regardless under eye fillers are not dangerous at all if you go to a legitimate doctor even with some Becky at some bs beauty place it would still be insanely unlikely you have any side effects worse than bruising

You don't need botox to remove wrinkles. Microneedle with GHK-cu, Agireline, Pentapeptide18, Matrixyl3000, Snap8, VitC powder, Tazorac and Infadolan.

The hunter eyes are narrow because of under eye bone support aka pronounced cheekbones. Cuck fillers give you sharp cheekbone at side but not under the eye, so you still have prey eyes.

You're welcome. It's what worked for me and completely removed forehead lines which were already deep. It takes time though. Could take up to a year to practically get rid of them. Microneedle around once per week. Lots of other things will help like avoiding carbs and sugars and dipping into a state of macro autophagy pretty often too. Avoiding glycation of the skin is very important but so is everything. Especially SLEEP and STRESS :)

I’d bite. You need the PFL, good supraorbital bone, good lateral orbitals, no UEE for hunter eyes. Putting fat under your eyes isn’t going to give you hunter eyes. It will make your eyes less hollow.

If you want actual hunter eyes, you see supraorbital implant, infraorbital rim implants with fat transfers to undereyes, lower eyelid retraction, ptosis, low set eyebrows, long PFL, possible canthopexy. And possibly lateral orbital rim implants (basically skull implants). Putting fat under your eyes will not give you hunter eyes. The reason why his patients don’t have hunter eyes after fillers for undereyes is because fat won’t magically give you bones that are necessary for hunter eyes.

Chewing - 2 piece of gum everyday. At home chew dog toy, for facial width.

Training neck (5 × weekly) - just train it until i sore, pause for a bit, and continue. dramatic impact on face.

Training traps, back and shoulders more often - 3 × week is enough, but it must be proportionate.

Actually tanning during summer + eating 5 carrots a day, (to replace melanotan).

Using peppermint oil on eyebrows & eyelashes to make them thicker and denser.

Experiment with hairclippers to get myself chad haircut, learning how to barber.

Connecting with friends who can help me find girlfriend (i geniunely mean this).

Actually do something about my issue, this is repelling me to form close relationships with people, very specific type of behaviour, weird.

i just wear sunscreen on the face and shoulders tbh. i got an amazing tan but now it’s fading hella and my collagen is still good

Also in case you didn’t know about this case, the image on the left is the woman at age 18, the image on the right is at age 36 after being locked in a room for that entire time iirc. Notice how her skin actually looks better in the second picture and has not aged at all. It’s not worth it to completely avoid the sun during your youth of course, just use sunscreen when you do go outside and don’t spend an excessive amount of time in the sun without direct shade cover
