My looksmaxing guide

Since I am now decently softmaxxed, I thought it would be helpful to other youngcells if I showed my personal journey and everything I did for looksmaxing.

First of all, my progress:

As you can see, I did not just grow up. Although I did have decent genetics, I was definitely not that attractive 1-2 years ago.

My stats are now:
Age: 16
Height: 6'3''
Weight: 145 pounds

Here is everything I did:
THESE ARE ALL THE SUPPLEMENTS I'VE TAKEN
  • Ashwagandha (complete cope, didn't feel any benefits)
  • MK-677 (bloated my face like crazy, did give me a lot of muscle gains though. Also grew about 1 inch (in height, sadly) in two months)
  • Shilajit (does improve general health, but nothing crazy. Not worth $40 in my opinion)
  • Creatine (didn't bloat my face, good for muscle gains)
  • Whey protein (not really a supplement but anyways. It gave me a bunch of acne but also did help with muscle gains. Natural unflavored whey is a better alternative but tastes like shit)
  • Omega 3
Bone health supplements (most important):
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K2
  • Zinc
  • Calcium
  • Magnesium
  • Boron
  • Collagen (gelatin)
These supplements will boost your testosterone and improve your bone mass and skin quality.

I have been going to the gym for about 2 years. I have always stayed lean (10-12% BF). Taking suplements and having a good diet will obviously help a lot too.

Go to complete failure on every set, go for 6-10 reps.

Here is my workout plan:

Day 1, Push (10 sets total)
2x 2 sets chest
2x 2 sets triceps
2 sets shoulder

Day 2, Pull ( also 10 sets)
2x 2 sets back
2x 2 sets biceps
2 sets shoulder

Day 3, Legs :cautious:
3 sets squats
2 sets hamstring curls
2 sets calf raises

Day 4 Rest

Day 5, Push

Day 6, Pull

Day 7, abs+forearm
2 sets reverse ab crunches
2 sets forearm curls
2 sets reverse forearm curls

Also add a few sets of genetics and wide clavicles

I have always had decent genetics for my eye area. I have a cool scar on my right eyebrow (fought off a lion) and I have minimal UEE.
Most important is to not raise your eyebrows all the time, since this will make u seem insecure and not mysterious.

Sleep is really important to have healthy under eye support and to prevent having eyebags.

For eyebrows I use Jamaican Black Castor Oil (link: https://jamaicanblackcastoroil.com/collections/oils/products/sunny-isle-jamaican-black-castor-oil)
I would also use Bimatoprost but I am too broke for that.

Here Is everything I did to improve my jawline and bone mass:

  • Facial exercises
Train your masseter muscles. A lot of people are coping saying that this doesn't work or doesn't look good. Training your jaw muscles wil improve your jawline and hollow cheeks a lot, especially if you have a slightly narrow face (which most people have). Personally I use rubber jaw trainers, but you can also use falim gum or chew hard foods.

Do chin tucks to train your hyoid muscles and improve jawline visibility. Training your neck will also help with this.

  • Supplements+diet
I have already named some supplements you should take to improve bone mass. You can also get most of those nutrients from meats, dairy, eggs and fish.
Make sure you overdose on those nutrients and also eat enough collagen-rich foods.

  • Stay debloated

  • Frauding
If you can fraud anything about your looks then go for it, as long as you can maintain the frauding all the time.
If you have an overbite like me, you can just fraud by slightly pushing your jaw forward.

  • Posture
Keep your head tilted straight and your shoulders back.
Mewing can temporarily help hide your hyoid bone, but is generally cope and doesn't have longterm effects.

There is a lot that comes into play, but here are the main points:

  • Hydration
Drink hella water
  • Sodium to potassium ratio
Keep a 4-1 sodium to potasium ratio. Personally I just eat as low sodium (salt) as humanly possible, and as much potassium as possible.
some potasium-rich foods are: avocados, coconut water, dried fruits, sweet potatoes, bananas and spinach.
I also add potasium chloride (supplement) to my water, but this is not neccesary.

  • Limit alcohol, refined carbs and processed foods

  • Facial massage and cold therapy
These will help temporarily, but won't have any effect in the long term. I personally only do these on special occasions.
  • Get enough sleep
8-9 hours is optimal.

  • Be lean!!!
Everything on this list is cope if you are not lean already. I will not give you a bodyfat percentage goal, since everybody's fat distribution is different, but you should know wether you are just bloated or wether you have face fat.
Spot-reducing fat naturally is imposible, the only way to do this is by surgery or fat dissolving injections.

I am tired of typing so i'm just going to name the most important things for skin-maxing
Most skincare products are trash! The only good ones are tretinoin, moisturiser and sunscreen
Diet is most important. Avoid processed foods and low quality fat.
(stick to animal products and fruits, veggies and nuts)

Sperm is also highly nutritious 😏

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Also my parents found my lemon bottle so I'm fucked

MK-677 (bloated my face like crazy, did give me a lot of muscle gains though. Also grew about 1 inch (in height, sadly) in two months)
Before anyone says “ohhh MK made him grow” or “MK is legit for height”, he would’ve grown that 1 inch whether he took MK or not. He was fucking 15 years old, it’s called puberty.
