My looksmaxx plans for eternal youth

As most looksmaxxers know, men age like shit as they get older, and because of that the competition dies down. I've got a looksmax strategy/plan to keep me looking young.

1. Take finasteride 1mg daily - supposedly stop hairloss 5x, 10 years on fin = 2 years of hairloss without fin
2. Exercise daily - I already lift weights and do BJJ/judo daily so doesn't seem too hard
3. Going to be hopping on tret-A (not sure if I will be doing this long term tbh)
4. Use suncream - the sun ages you. I'm ethnic so aging is going to be less harsh
5. Very little alcohol and smoking - I'll probably stop drinking entirely by the time I'm done at uni tbh

These 5 things should really cause me to stop aging a lot. I already look quite young for my age, if by mid 30s this plan works, I should be in a pretty good position.

When you lift the whole face is doing weird expressions that causes wrinkles and a sunken face. Ideally you wanna keep your whole face frozen with botox.
Also you will need to get surgical methods to really anti agemaxx. Laser treats, thread lifts, profilho/sculptra injections, mini facelift, fat grafting, botox, microneedling, Prp/Prf.

Working out only ages you if you do it to the point of failure. Which is an issue because the closer you’re to failure the more gains you make.

Tret making you more prone to sun damage shouldn’t matter if you’re using enough sunscreen tbh.

I think it is to be honest.

Our ancestors never really did anything similar to what most people do at the gym nowadays. If our bodies aren't adapted for lifting how can it be good for us in the long-term.

As opposed to sports like football and rugby which mimic hunting behaviours and would therefore likely be beneficial for our bodies.

What sports do you think are the best for musculature development? BJJ (neck and core training) + rock climbing (arms) + basketball (glutes and cardio)

Is this really the way going forward for longevity maxxing?

BJJ and rock climbing are very good. I would probably swap out basketball for a sport that involves a little more intense sprinting such as soccer but basketball is still good.

A bodyweight exercise/calisthenics routine can also be added too.

I think it is. I already do the second half of these things, and will get into the others soon. They don't just ensure that you stay youthful and fit for longer, they also actively make you better.
