Luckily I was tall to begin with. My current adult height is 6 foot barefoot in asia so I practically heightmog 95% of guys in my area.
A few years ago I was not where I am now. Invisible jawline and recessed midface due to higher % body fat and always had a terrible hairstyle. Had a gap in my front tooth and wore glasses. Skinny fat physique too and could not even do 1 push up. Not to mention mouth breather for quite a few years since I always had an issue with blocked nose.
Started my looksmaxxing journey hitting the gym. Back then I wasn't too concerned with macros, just eating whatever and getting those newbie gains. Because of that I did gain some muscle to be able to do 25~ pushups and 1 pullup, but still had high bf %. It was around this time too that I started adopting proper nose breathing and practiced mewing.
The past 2 years were mainly hitting the gym more and losing some body fat. This combined with mewing made my jaw slightly more prominent.
Last year I then ditched the glasses and put on aligners to close my tooth gap. Grew out my hair too. Continued gymming as well which I think did raise my T levels, growing my face forward and resulting in a more prominent jaw and cheekbones now. Not a gymcel but have since received a few compliments on my physique.
Current stats: Bench bodyweight 8 reps, 10 pullups, 15% bf?
If I can do it, so can you, especially if you are blessed with height and a decent genetic baseline.
