I will give this a year, from November 21, 2024, to November 21, 2025. During this time, I will drop all my current methods and may make edits later in the year because I hate myself.
I will post my progress once every month.
Testmaxx
Gym weight lifting 5x a week.
Sprins 3x a week 30 min sessions. Saturday, Sunday. Thursday
Eating raw eggs, raw milk, beef, coffee, butter.
Supplements zinc
6-8h sleep
no fast food, processed food, touching receipts.
Eye area
Eyelashmaxx 3x a day castorl oil.
Uppereyelid exposure 3x a day coconut oil.
Eyebrowsmaxx dye eyebrows 2x a day black and use castor oil for grow.
Squint 24/7
Pulling lateral canthus 3x a day.
Jaw area
Thumb pulling 3x a day.
Chewing gum while in school.
Braces for overbite 10 hours daily.
Train Hyoid bone 20 x 2 a day.
Bonesmash zygos 2x a day 5 min sessions.
Bonesmash chin 2x a day 5 min sessions.
