UEE improvement

Bonesmashing Regime

-My current smashing routine

-zygos

I smash everywhere that's green now except for the lateral orbital rim​

The zygos have more vessels and soft tissue that become inflamed post smashing, so you need 2-3 days between each session

-Orbital Rim

I only smash my infra and supra orbital bones. I have no reason to smash my lateral orbital rim and its dangerous

Eye lightening

saline, dmso, and msm

Tanmaxing (Fake Tan is the ULTIMATE Looksmaxing method)


-30,000 units of beta carotene
-20mg lycopene raw powder
-bondi sands island express 3-4 hours (

-Jump roping is the quickest method of lymphatic drainage possible in terms of cardio
-The sauna debloats your face too, 20 minutes every other day
-Ik this is gay but gua sha does actually drain your lymph nodes noticeably

-But I have been using a special eyebrow dye imported from europe to max them my dye

rookie number on vitamin D. After smashing I take on average 200g cheese with 50k vitamin D. Can feel my veins clog after :c.

Hve u checked ur bloodwork is the microdosing anavar effecting ur cholesterol at all? Just curious not a gotcha question. Also cardio especially HIIT is rly good and important for debloating.

Seems like a lot. I'd gradually introduce these over the course of a month or two, just to increase the odds of sticking with them.

Over the long term, what matters is how long you kept these up, not how many you managed to do at the same time for a short period of time.

You won't become chad with those bias so why struggle so much?

Only HTN+ can benefit from softmaxxes, the rest are invisible.
