Looksmaxxing plan for Mess 2025
Main issues- Diet
- Physique
- Eye area
- Cut down sugar / Only take natural sugar
- Increase protein intake (at least 120g daily)
- Implement primal diet (more meat, vegetables, fruits and diary)
- Only drink water and milk (3L daily)
- Improve gut health (diet, probiotics and more fibre)
- Implement push, pull, legs routine (credits to @sportsmogger)
- Get to 12-14% bf
- Sprinting sessions each day (6 30-second sprints with 2 minutes rest in between)
- Begin using creatine (5g daily)
- Spend minimum 2 hours outside each day (ideally 4 hours)
- I will not be using PED’s now or in the foreseeable future
- Get latisse or castor oil (or better alternatives)
- Dye eyebrows a darker shade of brown
- Get lash curler (uwu)
- Improve eye colour using makuna honey, msm powders and vitamin c megadose (I don’t know if this is cope or now)
- Get a dark undereye serum
- Get volufiline for fat cell creation (improve under eye and uee)
- 9 hours of sleep every night
- No fap (realistically once a week)
- Myofunctional therapy (PSL Oscar better not be kidding)
- Tan/red undertone (Beta-carotene 45mg, Astaxanthin 12mg and Lycopene 6mg)
- Try to spend less time on my devices
- Improve lips (lip expanding device, volufiline and red tinted lip balm)
- Do good in school (A*- A grades)
- Slay my girlfriend (@delonisliterallyme)
- Reach 5’10 (if I implement all of this, I’d say it’s easily achievable)
