Skinmaxxing and whitemaxxing

  • Beta carotene 15,000 IU x2 or x1
  • Astaxanthin 3 mg - 16 mg
  • Vitamin C supplement 1000 mg
  • Moisturizer (glycerin, hyaluronic acid)
  • Tretinoin cream (0.025 - 0.05 %)
  • Aloe vera gel
  • SPF 50 sunscreen when going out
  • Hydroquinone 4% cream x2 or x1 (3 month cycle, then discontinue, can repeat if needed)
  • Cleanse and exfoliate 2x - 3x a week
  • Microneedling every 2 weeks
  • Bovine 200 mg/kg of body weight

Testosterone

  • Ashwagandha 250 mg x3
  • Zinc 50 mg x1
  • Vitamin D3 60K x2 a week
  • Lifting ~4x a week
  • Sprinting ~3x a week
  • Boron 6 mg x1
  • Creatine 5g x1
  • Chrysin 750 mg x1
  • Nofap (avoid any digital sexual stimuli in the first place by remembering it's cucked and sad and pathetic)
  • Herbal shampoo, soap, toothpaste avoiding phyto/xenoestrogens
  • Limiting pasteurized milk, diary, avoiding processed foods, soy
  • Antifluoride filter water
  • Fish oil supplement every alternate day

Dickmaxxing

  • Kegels
  • Penis pump 15 mins
  • Penis extender upto 12 hours
  • Jelqing every so often (30 mins - 1 hour, semi erect, 4 secs per rep, in squat position)

Voice

  • Mint pastilles every so often

Stop the low fat consumption. You need fat in order for your body to absorb protein properly. You also need it for healthy organ function.

You will spend hundreds on your "testosterone maxxing" and you will get a 1% improvement at best. Seriously, if you are that worried about your T levels then you should just start injecting, that will more than double your T depending on how much you want to inject.
Stop the cope.

Creatine is the only one of those supplements that has scientific evidence that increases T, the other ones are copes created by the supplement industry.
Feel free to prove me otherwise.

Lifting works but I am referring to the supplements
Ashwaganda increases T a little when you first start taking it but after a few days the T levels go back to normal, the increase is too small to make a difference tho. The good thing about ashwaganda tho is that it reduces cortisol which is a catabolic hormone.


Most of supplements OP plan on taking are listed on this article and proven as ineffective

Let the increase be minor, either way this is a significant deviation from my previous sedentary lifestyle and I'm confident it will significantly increase my T, even if not that much from the supplements, every bit helps because I'm in the 400s and I don't want to inject for life or cause any suppression.

Fluoride can negatively affect T so a fluroide filter in your regular water filter is helpful
