〔 HGH 〕
Stealing a first cycle plan from @Zagro
- 4 weeks: 3iu ed
- 16 weeks: 6iu ed
- 4 weeks: 4iu ed
- 28 weks: 6iu ed
This can be adjusted if I have any bad side effects etc..
〔 TESTOSTERONE 〕
On this I'm not 100% sure about the cycle yet,
but I will start test after the first month of HGH.
Probably around 500mg weekly, every 3.5 days (2x 250mg/week)
Will do more research on test this month, of course I'll add AI and possibly retatrutide as well. PCT after the first cycle.
(if anyone here is experienced with test and reta, I'd love for you to give me some advice, either in replies or dms)

SKINCARE
〔 GHK-Cu 〕
I'll be doing a 1-2mg/ml serum 1-2 times a day for my face.
It should boost collagen and elastin, improving my skin.
〔 MATRIXYL 〕
Based on @enchanted_elixir 's review, this should basically do the same thing as GHK-Cu,
so I'll just stack them together for the best effect.
〔 BAKUCHIOL 〕
"Natural alternative to retinol"
Brightens up your skin, boosts collagen, anti-inflammatory.
- serum all over my face, every day before sleep
〔 VITAMIN C SERUM 〕
Also very known and basic, that's why I'm adding it at the bottom.
To brighten up my skin's dark spots.

SUPPLEMENTS
〔 VITAMIN D3 + K2 〕
Everybody knows that D3 is super beneficial
Stack it with K2 (MK-7!) to reduce calcium buildup in arteries and soft tissue caused by the D3.
- 5000 IU of D3 + 180 mcg K2 daily
〔 BORON 〕
Increases the conversion of total testosterone to free testosterone
- 10 mg/day capsules
〔 OMEGA-3 〕
Nothing new nor groundbreaking, just a overall good supplement.
- 1200 mg daily with a fatty meal (2x 600mg capsules)

I'm still learning and researching, so I might add stuff in the future.
