I’ve been lacking heavily on cardio not even 10.000 steps daily probably and lately my respiration has gotten fully raped, and I’m not sure if cardio can fix if.

I can get my lifestyle back in order if that can be enough, i literally cant sleep because i cant breathe at nights and even throughout the day not sure what else i can do

I will lower tren dose probably too

I slept like a baby for the first few months
how much are your lifts if you mind me asking. If your cardio is lacking get on a bike or stairmaster after every lift, and go swimming occasionally.

I started training consistently like for the last month or so before that i barely trained

Lifts are pretty shit ngl but i can almost max out all machines give me a month or two

I haven’t done a deadlift or squat in about 2 years, and i barely do bench press as i don’t feel my chest but i just did 110kg for 3, will begin spamming bench so i can flex on normies tbh

how is that normie to say man. Not tryna downplay ur lifts 240lbs for 3 with a short time of training is good. Im just making a statement lol i bench 230 for 1 , do you agree that on 800mg tren i'd probably get 315?

You probably would I’m not saying you couldn’t, but no one’s stopping you go for it; 1. Will you do it? 2. Will you be able to tolerate it?

I benched 90kg a few years ago natty and now it’s 110kg, I could’ve reached this natty easily it’s just that i don’t bench nor did train consistently

i wont do it and i wouldnt be able to tolerate it. I'm prolly gonna blast test before i turn 17 next year and throw in some halo for combat sports.

I’m not tryna fearmonger but 800mg really hits you man nor is it even needed i would microdose tren that’s pretty good, and good luck with your cycle stay health conscious

Yeah u need steps minimum. Ideally atleast some moderate cardio every morning. When I was tren I would wake with dead arms all the time, pretty sure I had really bad sleep apnea.

Also I dont read here that often atm but saw a couple of posts recently with some ridiculous cycles wheree people stacked huge amounts of the most toxic compunds and said they had markers in range with a bit of telmisartan etc.

All total bullshit tbh.

Lol i know exactly who you’re talking about but I’m pretty sure they’re aware that such high doses aren’t needed it, and i also thought more=better but pretty sure even half my doses would’ve been enough

Maybe fucking drop the tren and consider getting lean and maintaining a healthy life. Im all for steroids but when your lungs start fading bro
