My manlet friend walks on his toes when around me

I have 1 friend at University, and he is a 5'8. I am 6'2.5.

When he is around me, I notice he walks on his toes. This is especially true when there are also foids around us. I guess I never considered what goes through the mind of a manlet

That's probably not the reason, many have to walk on their toes, due to bad habits and minor foot deformities. After I got hit by a car and my legs were a wreck I also became used to walking on my toes and I still have the urge to do so.
