Idk man. I’ve been working to “ascend” for like 2 years. Shits not happening. I look and feel like shit all of the time. I can’t do this anymore. I work harder than everyone around me yet have no muscle mass compared to them, am weaker, and way less attractive

I don’t think I’m ever gonna ascend

280ng/dl natural test I’m on 500mg into my ass checks weekly but yet to see results

25% body fat, aren’t you in a calorie deficit? :forcedsmile: make sure you have some work for your chest area, lean dips slow and controlled are a good one or something machine related
Yea man I’m starving myself. People are telling me it will take months to see progress so I’m dropping to 0 calories a day for the foreseeable future and see what happens…. I’m gonna order glp1 to get there and hopefully not die

If I told people how hard I work they would laugh and not believe me

If I told them how much I ate they would do the same

you do have to work out you cant just pin and be be surpised when you have minimal results.
I lift once or twice a day and have a physical job.

yeah, that’s great. it takes time to get lean. good that you’re starving, but you’re doing your strength training too, right? you need to, so that it burns off and replaces your fat cells. muscle loss is inevitable if you’re starving, but at least you’ll get lean. could also pop a lolipop or two or an energy drink if the cravings are getting to you as long as you’re eating below 100 calories you’re guaranteed to still be ‘starving.’ you want to share what exactly you’re doing in the gym? most people don’t do shit when they start off cause they don’t really know what they’re doing, better to get it right the first time

no wonder you’re making shit progress. you need to reduce the number of times you go to the gym cause it’s already hard to even exercise if you’re eating little to nothing. cut down to 3x per week with a full body program: mon, wed, and fri. you’ll have a rest day after you go to the gym and then a break on the weekend. don’t follow some roided meathead’s program

Have you tried lifting heavier weights for less reps?

Focus on the big muscle groups: Back, chest, legs, abs. Arms will follow automatically since you use them for back/chest training. Do 5 sets of 5 reps each and really stimulate your muscles to grow with heavy weights. This 4x12 shit is like doing cardio.
