Well I got a well developed mandible like literally really developed but my maxila look reccesed really which make my face look bad how can I fix it iam 13-14 (don't be toxic or I will cry)

This won't fix it but it's the only non surgical option and it may improve it noticeably. Palate expansion with reverse pull head gear

Show side profile, if u started puberty a little late u still have some forward growth, stops at 15-16 for most people

your should focus more on the mandibular bone rather than maxilla, keep your front teeth touched to each other and then take a picture, if your mandible looks longer, try to fix the overbite, if you can, send the picture of that version too

maxilla is not recessed nor projected
