My maxilla is recessed necause of braces

Hi, sorry if my english is not that good, im not a native speaker and I've lost some practice.
Well I got a question, I just got my braces removed some months ago, and for braces some years ago I got extracted 2 teeth and got my maxilla recessed, in that time I wasnt into looksmaxing but now that im into I know I made a big mistake. Now my maxilla is recessed, and I got good zygos, but I got my maxilla recessed and because of that my bones doesnt look how I want them to look.
I was thinking about using a headgear, but because of what I know it needs a marpe to work, and I dont need my palate to get expanded, I just need to get my maxilla forward.
Im 4 months away from turning 17 if ts is usefull btw.
Do you know if the headgear can be used without a marpe? What should I do to fix this?

Headgear wont work without Marpe and if you’re 17 your sutures are very likely fused already

I have the same issue, i think it's too late, and since no doctor offers lefort 2, only solution is to rope, i don't know.

Headgear wont work without Marpe and if you’re 17 your sutures are very likely fused already

Even if Im not 17 yet?, I mean Im really close but not yet
