I'll probably do like 2-3 meals a day with the last one containing carbs and the first two having fat as well as protein and vegetables in at least one of them.
It's hard to put on excess w/ this one as long as you're watching the portion sizes. Snacking is the enemy! Insulin must be kept stable throughout the day.
