I am caloric deficit maxxing so hard that my body forces itself to sleep. I literally slept 14 hours today 2 of which was at a park bench (probably looking homeless)

My body cant take it. I am a machine tbh

I thought calorie deficit made sleep quality shittier rigjt? What time to what time do you sleep and hows your libido on the deficit

It does for first week or so then u start to sleep a lot. I slept from 9pm to 7am then slept at 1-3 for 2 hours then I went outside and slept at park bench for 2 hours from 5-7

I got low libido tbh but wake up with morning wood
