I've bulked once before from 145lbs to 164lbs and I've plateaued it's so fucking annoying. I was eating around 2600 calories back then so I decided to up it to 3000 and I ate that for a week and I was still the same weight now I've fully given up on bulking due to me being poor and not being able to buy more food to sustain a lean bulk. Now i'm back to my skinny eating habits eating around 1500 a day and guess what I haven't lost any weight or gained any it's like I'm stuck at this weight for eternity. And yes I've tracked all my meals using a weighing scale and calorie counter app.
