Hello guys, do you know how can i fix my midface? It was fuller until my 26s, i think that gave me the most edge in how i looked, since then my midface started looking more flat or empty, that is one falio that sadly is taking me out of my "prime" form, i saw in youtube "Cheek fillers", but i dont know how can i get a fuller midface again, i think this is a common falio for all people during their mid 20s. I heard this terms for the midface: cheeck fillers, midface lift, trifecta lift, paranasal implants, midface implants, infraorbital implants

Guys, do you know what is this falio? Midface more empty?

My midface before was fuller and it made me look better, this is a falio that i started having, wich i leave without solving, but i have faith i will fix it as soon as i can

Maxilla might be dropping or slowly declining

What causes this, and how do you prevent it? Does maintaining good tongue posture prevent further downgrowth?
What surgeries would help for this?

Yes, i think it is fatpad along cheekbone volume wich goes slightly downwards with time

The best bet is either to get a midface lift, or cheek fillers or cheek implants, i would opt for cheek implants because they fix the issue forever and dont need to redo them :)

I’ve always wondered. Will they not look uncanny when the malar fat completely goes and then the implant would be showing… when we are much older?
Would it not look obvious?

Also what are your thoughts on a midface lift? Do they look uncanny when we get older?
Most people say the celebrities that look botched are not really fillers or Botox but more facelifts..

No bro, because the cheek implant keeps the fat pad in its place :) and if that happened, we can get a facelift to fix it, but is more unlikely because the cheek area keeps eveything in his place, the same is with fillers, but we have to get them again every 12 months

I actually think facelifts are great procedures to keep us good looking, i saw some on internet and the results are lifefuel, imo the best facelifts are the necklift, the brow/endoscopic lift, the midface lift and the forehead lift, i know this procedures to keep looking like ourselves trough the years :

- Botox is for the eyes to above (crows feet, frown line, forehead wrinkles)
- Fillers is from eyes to below, cheek area wich solves nasolabial folds, jowls area, jaw area
- Implants do the same as fillers but are permanent
- Collagen : enjoying the day always with sunscreen
- Hair : Finasteride
- Always happy and relaxed about life
- Fat transfer to hollow upper eyes
- Sleep of 7-8 hours
- Working out
- Daily light cardio
- Slugging the sides of mouth, between the eyes and the forehead (putting vaseline in them) before sleeping
- Saddled Infraorbital rim implants to fox undereye hollowness, and Canthoplasty to keep the PFL the same after infra implants
- Upper Blepharoplasty for exess of hooding upstairs
- Good diet (veggies and fruits, meat, but for sure, junk food 3 times per week or 4 is fine)
- Good water intake
- Doing daily activities that reuqires you to not use your phone (Phone near our faces destroys collagen and eye area) 20 to 30 min per day is good, moderation is key
- Maybe cleanser and mousturizer
- Dermarolling skin 1 time per week
- Beef Liver (increases Testosterone and Collagen)

I really appreciate this really extensive list.
I made one that I will link at the bottom too, that you can check out.. it’s for the best development

Questions:
  1. I’m planning on a face lift that could help my sunken malar fat and periorbital fat. So which one would you recommend? Also do you have any surgeons 🧑‍⚕️ in mind for it?
  2. Why did you only say fat transfer for upper eyelids? IMO they are better for undereyes and are less risky due to less blood 🩸 vessels, so less complications
  3. Why slugging the sides of the mouth, between eyes and forehead before sleeping? To prevent fat loss from friciton?
  4. Saddled infra orbitals are good, but can’t the same be done with normal infra orbitals for projection (if they are recessed), then fill the area with a fat transfer? There would be no future complications with how recession of infras as we age will cause the implant to collide with our eye (as it will no longer be saddled)
  5. Is canthoplasty required? Will pfl reduce after implant, because canthoplasty makes the eye 👁️ look uncanny and as if surgery was done. Will we need to do canthoplasty if we don’t do saddled infras, and only a normal implant? Canthoplasty isn’t permanent either..
  6. How close do phones 📱 near our face cause collagen loss? Can we not get this collagen back if we stop? Any studies? A blue 🟦 light filter might help?

Besides beef 🥩 liver, I’d like to also tell you that you can eat chicken 🍗 bone broth as that has a lot of positive effects on your body including improvements with collagen.
Would not advise any liver more than once every two weeks because of excess vit A

Also don’t listen to those people who say to eat it raw.. there’s been many cases showing parasitic infections that can even affect the brain leading to Alzheimer’s from intaking raw meat.
You also can’t remove the parasites.. so would also advice against sushi 🍣

Here was the big list I made a while back:
