I just took my parents id and made a wallet ages ago. There are also sources that have other payment methods. You probably lack a lot of muscle, either go the skeleton route (eat very little) lose muscle mass + fat - what I did. Or do it the ‘correct’ way, gym, high protein intake, small deficit. Both suck
