She showed me a family photo from a year ago on our trip to New York from her Instagram and said “ look how much slimmer your face looked here” “ you look younger here” “ look at your jaw line” .brutal wake up call indeed son. I think it’s just because I haven’t shaved. Whatever it’s in my best interest I suppose if she didn’t care she wouldn’t have said anything

I have skinny wrists and low natural testosterone levels. My genetics for strength and muscle building are dogshit. But I still did manage to build up some respectable strength just through sheer dedication to training and diet even as a natural.
