Today she bought pizza which i really hate and it was so oily and disgusting i couldn't even treat it as food because I'm really picky and she bought 2 pizzas for 40$ instead of fucking organs or muscle meat
her reason for not buying meat is because it's "expensive" but organs from the supermarket are way cheaper than grain sludge
Im very mad at my mom for malnourishing me that way for my entire childhood and early puberty and shes the reason why i have horrible skin and recessed infraorbitals
Also she has a bitchy attitude which makes it even worse so i barely talk to her

Diet doesn’t matter it’s just calories and marcos at the end of the day

stress does matter and eating pizza with high cortisol will do much worse for overall health
