I AM BEYOND FUCKED. What do I do? How can fixing diet, doing more workouts (I have been lacking the last 6 months) increase T realistically?

I did, for a few weeks before before the blood testU get daily sun exposure?
indeed, sonAccutane destroyed you
So my T levels shouldn’t be causing any sexual Problems? It's average range. Most men are 300-800
Being 500-600+ is ideal. Stop believing autistic shit of t levels of 1000 natty and how our grandparents had natty 3000+ t levels.
1.If you are deficient in D3, zinc, and iron. Then supplimenting could boost t.
2. (Very cold)Cold showers (not fake not a meme not just take a shower bro)
3. Lift weights
4. Carbs fat protein
5. Don't be on keto or vegan cuck diet.
6. Sleep 7-8 hrs daily at night with 0 light preferably at a cool environment
7. Less stress
It could if it goes lower let's say around 300. But at 500+ you should have a Normal sex life. Just don't coom too much and you're good.So my T levels shouldn’t be causing any sexual Problems?

In the last 5 months I had a lot of stress, no hard workouts, shit diet, shit sleep. If I fix all of that can I improve my levels significantly?yes, 560 is about average, but the average man isn't exactly clint eastwood is he. in a healthy environment should probably be 800+ at 23.
probably a bitIn the last 5 months I had a lot of stress, no hard workouts, shit diet, shit sleep. If I fix all of that can I improve my levels significantly?
U can get around 100 - 200 extra ng/dL I thinkIn the last 5 months I had a lot of stress, no hard workouts, shit diet, shit sleep. If I fix all of that can I improve my levels significantly?
Also I’m quite fat. Like 85kg on 176 cm. Even though I do have some muscles, I definitely have belly fat and fat in legs etc. what if I lose like 10kg and get lean?U can get around 100 - 200 extra ng/dL I think
There was this guy who got 100 more from workout alone with shit diet
If you shape up and get a decent lifestyle going again you can return to those numbersAlso I’m quite fat. Like 85kg on 176 cm. Even though I do have some muscles, I definitely have belly fat and fat in legs etc. what if I lose like 10kg and get lean?
what bothers me is that I had like 780 ng/dL at age 19
Since you have some muscles I'm assuming you already workout and lift weights so increasing the intensity even further won't help that much. Losing weight will help quite a bit though, but not sure about the exact estimates. Also I’m quite fat. Like 85kg on 176 cm. I don’t know what happened, man. I just gained some fat tbh. Could it have had that much of an effect?Since you have some muscles I'm assuming you already workout and lift weights so increasing the intensity even further won't help that much. Yeah that's a massive decline imo, rip brother. How old are you? How many years did it take you to descend that hard? Hormones + Testosterone = EVERYTHING btw.
Oh, actually just saw your current age from the title, but yeah, such a decline in 4 years is quite brutal. Hopefully you're not down to 300 in another 4 years......I don’t know what happened, man. I just gained some fat tbh. Could it have had that much of an effect?
Around 72 kg and now I weigh around 85 kgOh, actually just say your age in your title, but yeah, such a decline in 4 years is quite brutal. Hopefully you're not down to 300 in another 4 years......
But yes, body fat % and your weight is highly relevant actually. How much did you weigh at 19?
My ancestors were high TIt's average range. Most men are 300-800

Yeah then you can increase it by quite a bit. I remember seeing a graph of average T levels for different levels of body fat. So 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and so on. The difference is quite decent if I remember right, but I don't have it saved and cba to search it up now. But just know that you can increase it by quite a bit by losing weight. Being fatcel is literally one of the biggest looksmin you can ever do.Around 72 kg and now I weigh around 85 kg
Damn I’m going to the Gym as we speak tbh when should I get tested again?Yeah then you can increase it by quite a bit. I remember seeing a graph of average T levels for different levels of body fat.
