MY MORNING T LEVELS ARE 560 ng/dL I AM 23 YRS OLD

I AM BEYOND FUCKED. What do I do? How can fixing diet, doing more workouts (I have been lacking the last 6 months) increase T realistically?

if you were 300ng/dl then it's a dfferent story

get good sleep+ lift+ supplement with zinc and magnesium and no stress to see an improvement

Being 500-600+ is ideal. Stop believing autistic shit of t levels of 1000 natty and how our grandparents had natty 3000+ t levels.
1.If you are deficient in D3, zinc, and iron. Then supplimenting could boost t.
2. (Very cold)Cold showers (not fake not a meme not just take a shower bro)
3. Lift weights
4. Carbs fat protein
5. Don't be on keto or vegan cuck diet.
6. Sleep 7-8 hrs daily at night with 0 light preferably at a cool environment
7. Less stress

It could if it goes lower let's say around 300. But at 500+ you should have a Normal sex life. Just don't coom too much and you're good.

you could try coping with zinc, magnesium, exercise, better diet, etc. but unless your levels are really low 100-200 ng/dl of t won't make a difference at all.

i'd suggest worrying about other things, your face would be a good start for example

In the last 5 months I had a lot of stress, no hard workouts, shit diet, shit sleep. If I fix all of that can I improve my levels significantly?

U can get around 100 - 200 extra ng/dL I think

Also I’m quite fat. Like 85kg on 176 cm. Even though I do have some muscles, I definitely have belly fat and fat in legs etc. what if I lose like 10kg and get lean?

what bothers me is that I had like 780 ng/dL at age 19

If you shape up and get a decent lifestyle going again you can return to those numbers

Since you have some muscles I'm assuming you already workout and lift weights so increasing the intensity even further won't help that much. Losing weight will help quite a bit though, but not sure about the exact estimates.

Yeah that's a massive decline imo, rip brother. How old are you? How many years did it take you to descend that hard? Hormones + Testosterone = EVERYTHING btw.

Around 72 kg and now I weigh around 85 kg

Yeah then you can increase it by quite a bit. I remember seeing a graph of average T levels for different levels of body fat. So 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and so on. The difference is quite decent if I remember right, but I don't have it saved and cba to search it up now. But just know that you can increase it by quite a bit by losing weight. Being fatcel is literally one of the biggest looksmin you can ever do.
