My mouth is way to narrow for my nose

My mouth is way too fucking narrow when not smiling. Mouth to nose ratio is 1.36 major falio.
I can't afford surgery the next few years as low income while studying.

Is facial flex cope or could it over time bring my ratio up?

Does narrow palate = narrow lips and how do I test palate other than count teeth? When smiling theres 5.5-6 teeth showing each side
