gonna take d3+k2 and take 800mg of calcium and drink 3 cups of protien milk and then derma roller 0.25-0.5mm for my eyebags and then put on caffine serum and then im gonna derma my acne scars 0.1 and also my eyebrows 0.1 and then taking a cleanser and a Moisturizer and going on a calorie surplus and lifting 6kgs (im a skinny guy thats what i can handle) and also ill be taking zinc and omega 3 and magnisum

It is okay, but as an 14 year old you worry about the right nutrition , the Supplements are good , maybe try Castor oil for ur brows , skin care you could add spf. And try to get much sleep.

not too bad for 14 (clav was allready roiding ) if u have thin eyebrows j do topical minox with the derma also good that you are 14 tho lots u can do

Not bad. But focus on foods with nutrients like red meat, fish, raw milk etc. apart from that idk what flaws u have so ig just research and try different things to fix it. Also know what surgeries u might need if softmaxing fails
