My neighbor refuses to do the right thing

He has this very old shepherd, around 7 years he claims, he doesn't seem considerate towards the dogs suffering and is dragging things out.
I've chatted this issue with him, hes as thick as mince
I think tonight's the time to take the old thing in the back of my car, go to the creek and put an end to this, because, I find its right thing to do.

He might react to this in the morning but in a day or two he'll come around
Now mind you, my early years ive lived in a farm, so I know a thing or to of putting live stock down

Bad idea, if he finds the dog missing he will blame you, it's better to feed him sedatives if you want to euthanize him peacefully, he'll think the dog just died of natural causes.
