Gatorade Pre Workout=100-200 Calories
Post Workout Egg Whites+2 Bannanas-700 Calories, 100 Grams of Protein
2 PowerRades=250 Calories
Chicken Breast-4 Pieces=600 Calories, 100g Protein or 3 Protein Shakes
Broccoli+Coke Zeroes
2 Gallons of Water

Total= Around 2k Kcals, 200gs of Protein

Mutli Vit, ZInc 100mg, Vit C 2gs. Magnesium before bed and melatonin optional. also steroids

Physique update coming once im <170lbs.

Gymming 6 days a week and doing sprints 3 days a week. this should be a 1k Kcal Defecit which would equate -2lbs a week.
