Ascension Plan





• Diet (Leanmax): Clean, balanced meals with lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Avoid refined sugars and processed foods.
Potassium + D3, k2 maxing and bêta carotène for the tan

• Workout (Gym + Cardio): 5 weightlifting days + 2-3 cardio sessions weekly. Focus on basics (bench press, squat) + isolation exercises. 20-30 min of cardio for endurance and fat-burning.


• Posture & Growth (Posture + MK-677): Daily stretching for mobility and posture. 15 mg MK-677 to boost growth hormone

• Skin & Hair Care: Basic routine—cleanse, moisturize, sunscreen. Regular haircuts. Use Minoxidil on eyebrows + tinting for fuller look.
