Since I've been rated as 3.5 PSL, I want to get surgeries. My goal is to become a HTN (4.5 PSL). I'm seeing a maxillofacial surgeon this month, so I can see if I can correct my overbite and get bimax for free.

Then, a lip lift, so I can get an attractive midface ratio.

I'll also cut down to 12 bodyfat.

Can I become good-looking with just the lip lift and the super low bodyfat?
