In a jail in Philadelphia, he sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault his cellmate. They moved that person from his cell and put someone else in. He raped his 2nd cellmate and beat him to death in the process. The next morning the guards found his cellmate unresponsive on the floor of the cell completely naked with lots of blood coming from his butt. Some monsters have names, his name is Kevin Massey.
He's currently doing a 30 year sentence for those crimes. But when I looked at his inmate page, his height is listed as 5'6. I thought he would be a hulking dude.
