is vr boxing same cardio without getting hit and obv without being nervous and scared played a 5 minute match felt like running a 5 minute sprint u have to use ur whole body just like boxing (dodging jabs uppercut etc) and theres also hit strength and u can get knocked out

cardio isnt only for “losing weight” it has alot of other benefits like blood circulation helping with inflammation and its specially important for heart when ur on roids u have over 20k post and havent learned a single thing

u can have a cal tracking watch on ur hand it also depends on ur form how u move etc and i use the free roaming mode as i have a big empty space i can move in
