1.Gym

TRT (REPLACEMENT) 125mg weekly
Stay consistent for 1 year straight 5x a week gym, nutrition and training no skipping workouts
Don't take no brakes
and progress
2.5L daily
1600cals
130G Protein every single day
2-max 3 meals
Get in A,D,E,K
B vitamins
potassium
Nutrients zinc etc
To help build muscle
2x 500g cottage cheese, steaks, chicken, fish , etc eggs
In the Morning and Evening ist must you can add flavours etc or banana
The rest add potatoes or rice
2.5l water everyday minimum
Low cortisol and sleep a lot

2.1.Buy Fynzur , dilute 6ml in 60ml minox which will equal 0.25mg fin per ml
Fin/min mix
Use 1ml with dropper everyday
