You don't know that you grew at all. Also nofap could only increase growth if you were growing anyway. The muscle gain isn't necessarily muscle, it could be fat or food or fluids too. You don't know that your facial bones grew if it appears slightly different tbh it's really hard to tell it can look like they grow from different lighting and angles.

I had a young white woman in her 20s sit next to me in the subway which NEVER happens. There were many empty seats. That too after I jerked off like twice before I left the house. If u still have cystic acne, look into parasite or liver cleanse. havent tried it myself yet but heard it has helped some ppl clear their rosacea, eczema, cystic bacne or other skin issues. If you took antibiotics, that is probably the cause of many of your issues ironically. antibiotics destroy your gut microbiome.
